Praying From Your Heart for A Sensational Summer Plan
Are you praying from your heart, as you plan your summer days? What is your plan? Do you have one? Living intentionally, with a plan, and a routine–setting goals for your summer, well, no matter what season you’re in–will assure that you will not waste away the time and make you think, “Where did the time go?” You may not achieve everything you plan, but you’ll achieve way more than if you didn’t plan at all.
Where do you go for advice and counsel as you plan? I wish I could tell you that the first thing I always do every time I have to make a decision, or plan something, is to pray and ask God about it. But, I can tell you that when I do pray from my heart and ask Him for leading, I make a much better decision and plan!

God desires for you to pray to Him from your heart. To pour out your thoughts, ideas, wishes, dreams, desires. To ask Him into your plans, to guide them, and change your heart to His plan.

Praying From Your Heart Seeking God’s Plan
Who are you following? Whose example are you seeking to copy? As you make your plans for the rest of the summer, have you spent time in prayer about them? Be in prayer. Pray from your heart in earnest, seeking God and HIS plan for your family, first of all.
Read the Word. Let the Holy Spirit transform you. Renewing your thoughts and your mind. And be not conformed to this world. Romans 12:2
God Has a Very Unique Summer Plan for You
Don’t make your decisions based on what your friends are doing! EVEN if the counsel you’re receiving is from Christians, and even if the people you’re following are Godly.
God might have a VERY different purpose for you. In fact, I KNOW that He has a unique and special plan for you and your family. Why wouldn’t He have a different plan for your summer?
Romans 12:2 concludes by saying: “That you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (for you and your family.)

Praying From Your Heart and Being in the Word of God are THE Most Important Things in Your Day
One thing has helped me, that I share in this video, to make sure that God is first in my day. When I do it, I have my Quiet Time, and read my Bible and pray. When I don’t, Bible reading and prayer may still happen, but they don’t happen first thing, by a long shot. God gets left out of my morning. This may not be a problem for you, but it is for me, and if it is a problem for you to find time to read your Bible and pray, as many of you tell me, you may want to watch this video and apply my one simple tip!
