Ticket to Ride. The most popular of the Ticket to Ride games is the Europe version, but there are many to choose to from!
Settlers of Catan. If our friends and family, young and old, are any indication, this game will be a popular gift! It takes a bit of time to learn and understand, but it becomes a favorite.
Board Games for groups (and family playing)
Mexican Train Dominoes. This is neither a guys’ nor a gals’ game, but it is a favorite for all ages, and it seems like our guys always win!
Qwirkle. A game for a fun, easy-going evening. You don’t have to think very hard, but there’s just enough strategy for it to be fun. Young and old can play!

This is written for pastors and Christian men who are very busy in Christian ministry in an informal way, but got rave reviews by many women and men who don’t fit that description. Sounds like a good read in this fast-paced burnout-prone culture.
